Galatians 3

BELIEVE VS THE WORKS OF THE LAW

LORD, deliver our churches and our loved lost ones from false teachings that bewitch those that are learning. For the MEANING of Jesus Christ's death was made as clear to us as if we had seen a picture of his death on the cross.

WE BELIEVERS RECEIVED THE SPIRIT BY FAITH IN HEARING OF YOUR WORD AND NOT BY THE WORKS OF THE LAW.

+Deliver us and our lost loved ones from foolish teachings, LORD. As we began by means of the Spirit, deliver us from being led astray and not now try to finish by means of the flesh.

May our experience not be in vain. You give us Your Spirit and work miracles among us by our believing what we've heard, and not by the works of law.

So also Abraham “believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.”

SO THANKFUL LORD, that You've blessed us as the children of Abraham.
You justified us Gentiles by faith,


and announced the GOSPEL in advance to Abraham,

“All nations will be blessed through you.”


We rely on faith and are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.

+Father, we desire for our lost loved ones to believe in the One You sent, the Lord Jesus Christ, that they be justified by faith and be blessed as the children of Abraham.

Deliver us and our lost loved ones from wrong doctrine and beliefs and not rely on the works of law and be under a curse.

“Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.”

You clearly said no one who relies on the law is justified before You God, because

“the righteous will live by faith.”

+Lord, may our lost loved ones not rely on the law to be justified before You.
We pray they will live by faith because you will declare them righteous in Christ Jesus.

The law is not based on faith; on the contrary, it says,

“The person who does these things will live by them.” (None have been able to do it from the beginning of human history to now and forever.)

THANK YOU LORD THAT CHRIST REDEEMED US FROM THE CURSE OF THE LAW BY BECOMING A CURSE FOR US.

It is written:

“Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.”

He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Jesus Christ, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.

+Father, we want our lost loved ones to have the blessing given to Abraham through Jesus Christ, so that by faith they might receive the promise of the Spirit.


CHRISTIANS ARE ABRAHAM'S SEED

LORD, You use practical language in Your Word and use practical life to illustrate so that we can understand.
Just as no one can set aside or add to a human covenant that has duly been established, in the covenant You made with Abraham, You gave him the promises to him and his seed, singular, meaning one person, who is Christ.

The law was introduced 430 years later and did not set aside the covenant previously established by You and does not do away with the promise. Therefore, the inheritance does not depend on the law, otherwise it no longer depends on the promise. But You LORD gave it to Abraham through a promise.

The law was given because of the transgressions UNTIL THE SEED TO WHOM THE PROMISE REFERRED HAD COME.
The law was given through angels and entrusted to a mediator, implying more than one party, BUT GOD IS ONE.

Absolutely, the law is not opposed to Your promises. If the law could impart life, then righteousness would come by the law (we all broke it.) But Scripture has locked up everything under the control of sin, and we've all sinned and come short of Your glory. SO WHAT WAS PROMISED, BEING GIVEN THROUGH FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST, MIGHT BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO BELIEVE.

+THANK YOU FATHER, that You make it clear in Your Word that the promises You made to Abraham was for him and his seed, one person, who is Christ. You further state that what was promised is given through faith in Jesus Christ to those who believe. Amazing grace! LORD, we pray our lost loved ones will have faith in Jesus Christ, that they will inherit what You promised.
CHRISTIANS ARE THE HEIRS

+LORD, You give us the grand finale on this subject in the last verse of Galatians Chapter 3:
"IF YOU BELONG TO CHRIST, THEN YOU ARE ABRAHAM'S SEED, AND HEIRS ACCORDING TO THE PROMISE."
+Father, we pray our lost loved ones will belong to Christ, that they be Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. We also take hold of Your
Word for us in Acts 2:38-29:

Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins.
And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off--for all whom the Lord our God will call. - Acts 2:38-39

CHILDREN OF GOD

LORD, You reiterate over and over again so that we get it. Before the coming of this faith, we were held custody under the law (we were locked!), UNTIL THE FAITH THAT WAS TO COME WOULD BE REVEALED. The law was our guardian UNTIL CHRIST CAME THAT WE MIGHT BE JUSTIFIED BY FAITH. But now that this faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian.

To resume, God, You said we are Your children through faith and all of us that were baptized into Christ have clothed ourselves with Christ.

+Oh Yes LORD, cloth our lost loved ones with Christ.

CHRISTIANS ARE ONE

There is neither Jew nor Gentile,
There is neither slave nor free
there is neither male and female

We are all one in Christ Jesus.

+Father God, we pray our lost loved ones will also be one with You and us in Christ Jesus.

A PRAYER PETITION FOR SALVATION

FATHER GOD, THIS PRAYER IS FOR H. AND HIS LONG-TIME FIANCE THAT HAVE APPARENTLY BEEN LIVING AS MAN AND WIFE AND HAVE A CHILD BY THIS RELATIONSHIP. FATHER, IT WOULD BE IN VAIN TO PRAY IGNORING THAT YOU WANT TO BLESS A MARRIAGE COVENANT BETWEEN A MAN AND WOMAN AND YOU CALL FORNICATION A SIN THAT NEEDS TO BE REPENTED OF.

LORD, IN THE BIBLE, SOMETIMES YOUR PEOPLE IN THE OLD AND NEW TESTAMENTS WERE STOPPED BY YOU FROM MOVING ON WITH THEIR OWN PLANS.  THEY TRIED, BUT YOU HAD OTHER PLANS--THE RIGHT ONES FOR THEM-- AND STOPPED THEM.

YOU LOVE H AND HIS FIANCE AND THEIR CHILD. YOU CAN NOT DENY YOURSELF AND YOUR WORD. WE MUST BE CONFORMED TO YOUR IMAGE AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. YOU ARE A RIGHTEOUS, HOLY GOD AND WHEN WE GOT SAVED, YOU CLOTHED US WITH A ROBE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS BECAUSE WE BELIEVED AND RECEIVED WHAT YOUR SON DID FOR US ON THE CROSS OF CALVARY WHEN HE SAVED US FROM OUR SINS. YOU DID NOT LEAVE US THE SAME WAY YOU FOUND US. YOU MADE US NEW CREATURES IN CHRIST. OLD THINGS PASSED AWAY, AND ALL THINGS BECOME NEW AND ARE OF YOU.

H'S FIANCE IS FLIRTING WITH ANOTHER MAN WHICH INDICATES SHE IS NOT SERIOUS ABOUT A COMMITMENT AND MAY NOT HAVE ANY CONVICTIONS ABOUT WHAT IS RIGHT OR WRONG.  H IS RIGHT IN PRAYING TO YOU FOR HER SALVATION AND HER HEART NEEDING CHANGE. ONLY THEN CAN THERE BE THE FRUIT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS. YOU WANT HER HEART FROM WHENCE COME ALL THE ISSUES OF LIFE.  WHEN SHE SEEKS YOUR KINGDOM AND YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS, THEN SHE WILL DISCONNECT HERSELF FROM ALL MEN. THE ISSUE IS IN THE HEART, FOR HER TO MAKE PEACE WITH YOU THROUGH YOUR SON JESUS.

FATHER, YOU SAID YOUR SPIRIT WOULD CONVINCE THE WORLD OF SIN, OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, AND OF JUDGMENT. MAY YOUR LOVE COMPEL HER TO DRAW CLOSE TO YOU. YOUR CHURCH HAS BEEN GIVEN THE ASSIGNMENT OF RECONCILIATION, NOT OF JUDGMENT, TO TELL THE GOOD NEWS THAT JESUS SAVES, AND THAT HE CAME TO SAVE THE LOST, NOT TO CONDEMN. SEND TO THIS WOMAN WHOM YOU WILL TO MINISTER TO HER, AND MAY SHE NOT HARDEN HER HEART BUT GLADLY RECEIVE THE BEST NEWS IN THE WORLD.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. - John 3:16

THOUGH RIGHT NOW THERE ARE THESE WARNING RED FLAGS OF UNFAITHFULNESS, H LOVES HER AND HE HAS FAITH THAT YOU CAN SAVE HER AND IS INTERCEDING FOR HER IN PRAYER. H. NEEDS TO PUT YOU FIRST IN HIS LIFE AND FOR YOU TO BE FIRST LOVE. YOU WILL NEVER DISAPPOINT HIM NEITHER FORSAKE HIM.  YOU WILL FILL HIS LONGING SOUL. IT'S THE GOSPEL, CHRISTIAN! (From Galatians Chapter 2)

ACCEPTANCE
Father God, we are so relieved and happy to have been reconciled to You because of our Savior, Jesus. What love You showed us to be called Your children. We are so blessed to be Your family, to no longer be rejected but accepted by You in the beloved. Now LORD, we pray we also find grace and favor among the brethren in the church. In the church there are still issues because of yielding to the flesh and not following after the spirit. This is not good when it comes to winning our lost loved ones and they witness poor testimonies. But with You LORD, who came to save and seek the lost, nothing will stand in the way and the gates of hell will not prevail against Your church.

IT'S THE GOSPEL, CHRISTIAN
+Help us receive revelation from You, Father God, and to respond to You when it comes to our affairs in the church and with the church leadership. It's about the saving Gospel, LORD, we want to be sure we are not wasting our energy and lives and that we are not running and have not been running our race in vain.
May we Your body always present this Gospel in the church and preach it to the world. Send Your saving gospel to our lost loved ones.

Father, send us Christian companions, fellow-pilgrims like Barnabas and Titus that You sent to the Apostle Paul. After 14 years he met personally with the esteemed leaders of his day. The issue:  The law verses the freedom You've given us in Christ. In those days there was the issue of circumcision.

+Deliver Your church and our lost loved ones from confusion and wrong teachings and false believers that have infiltrated into the church ranks. Let us the church know that we know, and may our lost loved ones know that You give to all believers grace and freedom in Christ Jesus, no longer to be slaves to live under the law, whether Jew or Gentile. These false brethren want to make Your people slaves again. But may we not give in to them for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel might be preserved and be preached to the world and to our lost loved ones. Let them hear this pure Gospel, repent, and be saved.

GOD IS NO RESPECTER OF PERSONS
Father, You let us know through the inspiration of Your Spirit in the writings of the apostle Paul that before You those that are held in high esteem in our churches should make no difference t us. You do not show favoritism and they should add nothing to the MESSAGE You've ALREADY written in the Bible. May these brethren, those esteemed as pillars," and all members of the churches recognize the grace given Your laborers, the entrusted task of the preaching the gospel both the the Jews and the Gentiles, for there is one gospel. In Paul's day, Paul was entrusted to preach to the Gentiles and Peter to the Jews.

+May it be You, LORD GOD, who is at work in Your laborers to preach Your saving gospel, for it should be You that gives us all the grace to do Your work.
You are the Director to send forth Your laborers to the world and to our lost loved ones that they might be saved.

REMEMBER THE POOR
LORD, may Your church continue to remember the poor, the very thing Your people should be eager to do all along.

BE NOT AFRAID TO STAND FOR THE TRUTH
Father God, even in the apostles early church after Jesus had risen from the dead, the "spiritual giants" made mistakes and got tempted to pull back to their old ways and the law. They also influenced other strong brethren in the faith.

LORD, we don't want to be ashamed to be seen and fellowship with new converts, and especially with those that are walking in Your truth and light. We do not want to be hypocritical and two-faced to behave a certain way with one group of Christians and another way with another group. We also want to be able to confront people in the church that are doing this, as the apostle Paul did when he opposed Cephas.

+LORD, help us and lost loved ones to act in line with the truth of the gospel. May we walk by faith and not have religious customs that are thought to be necessary to be saved.  We know a person is not justified by the works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law, because by the works of the law no one will be justified.

+LORD, we know grace is not a license to sin, but freedom from sin. We died to the law so that we might live for You and have been crucified with Christ, and we no longer live, but Christ lives in us. The life we now live in the body, we live by the faith in the Son of God, who loved us and gave himself for us. May we not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing.

+By Your grace, LORD, save our lost loved ones.

RESCUE THE PERISHING
Father God, You've  made us Your body, THE church, ministers not from men nor by man, but by JESUS CHRIST AND GOD THE FATHER, Who raised Him from the dead.

+Send Your ministers to our lost loved ones.

+Give unto us Your grace and peace. We are open to receive from You our Father and Lord Jesus Christ.

Jesus gave Himself for our sins to rescue us from the present age.

+SAVE OUR LOST LOVED ONES FROM THEIR SINS AND FROM THE PRESENT EVIL AGE,  ACCORDING TO YOUR WILL GOD AND FATHER.  TO YOU BE GLORY FOR EVER AND EVER. AMEN.

NO OTHER GOSPEL
For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. - Matthew 24:24

But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them--bringing swift destruction on themselves. - 2 Peter 2:1

LORD, deliver us from the subtle devil. Deliver us from deception. Deliver our lost ones from these false messiahs, false prophets, and false teachers.
Sincerely, we do not want to desert You.

+You called us to live in the grace of Christ. This is our prayer. May Your Spirit teach us what this means.

We do not want to turn to a different gospel, which does not proclaim good news at all.

+Deliver us and our lost loved ones from confusion and those that are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. Deliver us and our lost loved ones from those that are cursed preaching a false gospel.
May Your people and our lost loved ones know that the Gospel of the Bible is not of human origin but it's from You. May our lost loved ones receive revelation from Jesus Christ as Peter received revelation from You when he told Jesus He was the Christ, the Son of the living God.

PLEASE GOD NOT MAN
Father God, You work in your people both to will and do of your good pleasure.

+Deliver us from the temptation of trying to win the approval of people. Deliver us from the weakness of the flesh. Our desire is to please You; our desire is to be a servant of Christ. As Your laborers deliver us from fear of man when we are witnessing to others and to our lost loved ones. May we boldly say, You are our light and salvation, of whom shall I be afraid?

SET ASIDE

The ones that preach Your saving Gospel may be persecuted by the enemy, but nothing and no one can destroy it.

When You set Paul the apostle apart from his mother's womb, He did not consult with any earthly person, not even with the other apostles before him, but He followed Your leading and it took time, 3 yrs.
Then he got acquainted with Peter and saw James. He was an unknown in the Christian churches. Then afterwards the only report he heard was,

“The man who formerly persecuted us is now preaching the faith he once tried to destroy.”

And the churches praised You because of his conversion.

LORD, may the newly converted Christians be patient and be sensitive to the leading of Your Spirit.
May Your church support them, encourage them, and may these new converts be disciples and  be edified in the most holy faith.

+May our lost loved ones hear the preaching of the faith and  be converted.

Father God no matter what anyone's way of life has been, from roaming in the streets or  being in bondage to religion, no matter how advanced and extremely zealous in tradition, You, oh God, are the only one that can set us apart from our mother's womb.

+By Your grace call our lost loved ones out of the world to come follow You.
+Send Your church to preach Jesus to them.
+Reveal Your Son to them.

Then the new report we will hear about them is that the one that roamed the streets,
or the religious traditionalist who formerly persecuted Your church is now preaching the faith he once tried to destroy.
By their testimonies, Your people will praise You!

In that day the deaf will hear the words of the scroll, and out of gloom and darkness the eyes of the blind will see. - Isaiah 29:18

This poor man called, and the LORD heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles. - Psalm 34:6

OUR HEAVENLY FATHER, YOU TELL US IN 1 CORINTHIANS CHAPTER 13 THAT

THESE ARE ONLY IN PART
We prophesy in part
We know in part  
We see only a reflection as in a mirror

WHEN COMPLETENESS COMES:
what is in part disappears
then we shall see face to face.
then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

THESE WILL NOT LAST FOREVER:
Prophesies will cease
Tongues will be stilled
Knowledge will pass away

WHEN I WAS A CHILD:
I talked like a child
I thought as a child
I reasoned like a child

BUT WHEN I BECAME AN ADULT
I became a man, I became a woman
I put the ways of childhood behind me


GOD ALMIGHTY, YOU ARE LOVE!

I do not want to fall under any of these "ifs" category ...

If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels
If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge
If I have a faith that can move mountains
If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast

followed by these buts

but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.
but do not have love, I am nothing.
but do not have love, I gain nothing.

THANK YOU LORD GOD FOR YOUR LOVE IN US BY YOUR SON CHRIST JESUS

LOVE BY YOUR DEFINITION:

LOVE DOES NOT:
love does not envy
love does not boast
love does not dishonor others
love does not keep no record of wrongs

LOVE IS NOT:
love is not self-seeking
love is not easily angered
love does not delight in evil

LOVE IS:
Love is patient
love is kind

LOVE DOES:
love does rejoice with the truth

LOVE ALWAYS:
love always protects
love always trusts
love always hopes
love always perseveres

LOVE NEVER:
Love never fails!

LORD, this is Your love that now abideth with faith and hope, but the greatest of these is love!

FATHER GOD YOU ARE LOVE. THANK YOU THAT YOU LIVE IN ME AND YOUR LOVE IS IN ME WITH ALL YOUR VIRTUES BY YOUR SON CHRIST JESUS.

SEND YOUR LABORERS WITH YOUR LOVE TO MINISTER TO OUR LOST LOVED ONES, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.

GOD SAID HE WILL SAVE OUR CHILDREN

But this is what the LORD says: "Yes, captives will be taken from warriors, and plunder retrieved from the fierce; I will contend with those who contend with you, and your children I will save. - Isaiah 49:25
